Industrial steam generator: principle of operation and design features
The steam generator is equipped with a heating element, which is located in a hermetically sealed capacity, where water is heated to a mark of 100C and above, during which steam is formed.
The Titan steam plant is produced with a steam productivity in the range of 11 – 575 kg/h, which directly affects the power and does not exceed 9 – 450 kW. The intensity of water supply will depend on the last indicator.
With the help of built-in manometers and indicators, the temperature regime, water level, working pressure of the equipment is monitored, as well as their maintenance within the given norm. The safety valve, pressure sensor, and power regulator in turn perform a protective function for the equipment, as does the soft start and stop system. Due to this, the steam unit is completely safe during work.
At the same time, the internal elements have a reliable fixation to the metal body of the steam equipment, which makes them immovable and not susceptible to external damage.
What can you use a steam plant for?
The unit supplies steam in two ways: under low pressure or high pressure. In the first case, the necessary condensate can be created, and the steam has a sufficient level of sterility, in the second case, the steam performs a cleaning role and can also be used for sterilization.
