Electric floor boilers Titan heat industrial, administrative, residential premises ranging from 30 to 1800 m2. They are produced with power from 3 to 180 kW. Power supply voltage 220 V and 380 V.
Electric boilers 3 – 120 kW and 135 – 180 kW are made in structurally different designs and have a number of differences.
Boilers 3 – 120 kW are produced in white, have a vertical arrangement of heating elements in the heat exchanger, branch pipes with external thread.
The line of electric boilers 135 – 180 kW is made in red, has a new design of the heat exchanger with a horizontal arrangement of the block of heating elements, flanged connecting pipes.
The boilers can be installed in both new and existing heating systems with appliances operating in parallel, in addition to other types of heating boilers. The temperature in the boiler is set in the range of 15 – 90 ° C and is constantly maintained using automation, which helps to regulate the cost of electricity relative to the heating area and eliminates the need to control the operation of the boiler. The heating element for boilers is a block-heater (tubular electric heater) made of stainless steel. Water is used as a heat carrier in the heating system.
The basic model of boilers Titan floor standing with a power of 3 – 180 kW includes:
- two or three power levels;
- Temperature regulator;
- temperature indicator;
- thermal insulation.
Additional options for floor standing boilers Titan 3 – 120 kW:
- float valve for automatic air release (for boilers located at the top of the system);
- automatic selection of power levels;
- Grundfos circulation pump (not mounted in the boiler body);
- residual current device (protection against leakage current and from touching bare live parts);
- daily programmer (sets the required time and frequency of operation of the boiler);
- temperature limiter with alarm (used to control and shutdown equipment in case of emergency overheating);
- pressure sensor with alarm (used to control and shutdown equipment in case of coolant leakage);
- magnesium anode (used to soften water in the heating system and to prevent scale formation on block heating elements).
- Wi-Fi module (used for remote control and management of the boiler through a mobile application, the ability to adjust the temperature over time).
Boilers with a capacity of 135, 150, 165, 180 kW in addition to the basic model are equipped with:
- temperature limiter with alarm;
- pressure sensor with alarm;
- protective three-phase circuit breakers for each block-heater.
This system allows you to avoid such emergency situations as a short circuit, current overload, etc. Boilers 135 – 180 kW are not equipped with additional options.
The warranty period for the Titan floor electric boiler is set for 12 months from the date of sale according to the stamp of the trade organization. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes to the device that in no way impair its performance.
